Siloed and gazing into our individual screens, witnessing the accumulating distress of our earth...

Besieged by a daily onslaught of hatefulness and fuckery as a precarious election approaches... 

 

You are invited.

 

  • To gather with neighbors
  • Remember and reconnect with internal resources
  • Re-member community
  • Work with- not against- our fear, grief, rage, hope, impulses and dreams
  • Engage in intentional acts of care for yourself and each other
  • Temper and condition yourself to meet this reality with resilience

We will meet from 4:30-6:30pm each Tuesday evening in October at the Emerald Community Fellowship 631 E 19th Ave Bldg B, Eugene, OR 97401 to connect with and regulate our bodies and nervous systems, co-regulate in community, use creative activities to process what is emergent and share as we are moved.

Please note:  Registration for this 4 week event is on a sliding scale basis with a minimum of $50.

Before registering, please be aware of and consider your interest in meeting the following expectations:

 

  • Taking time to reflect on your intention for this gathering and to document that intention
  • A commitment to attend a minimum of 3 of the 4 scheduled meetings and communicate if you will be absent
  • Bringing a symbolic representation of resource or gift to place in the community circle each week
